We look forward to welcoming you to our comfortable 17th-century 75 m2 tower.
The gîte, La tour Joséphine, is located in the grounds of the Château d'Argentonesse, just a few steps from the swimming pool.
It features a magnificent vaulted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Sleeps 6 (extra bed available on request).
Our facilities:
Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, smart TV, wood-burning stove.
The first bedroom has a double bed with fireplace.
The second bedroom has two double beds and a fireplace.
Bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC.
Outside there is a garden table and barbecue in the shade of the trees.

Our services :
Bed linen and bath towels provided.
Laundry service 30 euros per machine (wash, dry).
You can also take advantage of the château's massage service (reservation required).
Meals :
Breakfast at the château can be booked 24 hours in advance: 15 Euros per person.
Table d'hôtes can be booked 24 hours in advance.
Price 35 Euros / adult
Children (up to 10 years): 20 Euros.

House rules :
In very high season (July and August) 7 nights minimum, arrivals on Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., departures at 10 a.m.
For other seasons, 2 nights minimum, arrival every day from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and departure at 10 a.m.
For late arrivals, please contact us.
Cleaning charge €75.
Deposit cheque of 500€ not cashed and returned within 15 days of departure.
Rental payment :
30% deposit on reservation (non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer).
Balance due 30 days before arrival.
Tourist tax extra.
Animals not allowed :
As we have animals of our own, we cannot accept any others. Access to the gîte will be refused to anyone accompanied by animals.
Smoking is not permitted inside the gîte.
