The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay.
A confirmation email will be sent to you.

On reservation, we offer a table d'hôtes for dinner. You can book 24 hours in advance.
The table d'hôtes is offered on Friday and Saturday evening.
Please remember to book your table d'hôtes for the day of your arrival, Friday or Saturday.
For other days of the week, please contact us directly.
Dinner times in the summer are at 8pm.
The meal times in mid and low season are at 7pm.

Arrivals are from 17:00.
Departures are at 11 am.

Children are accepted (no cot or high chair)
Children from 4 years old, bed and breakfast will be charged according to the number of occupants in the room (i.e. full room rate).

We love pets but as we have cats and dogs ourselves, we cannot accept other animals either outside or in the rooms.

Children and minors should not be alone in the pool and are the responsibility of their parents.
Access to the pool is restricted by time limits for the well-being of all.
Opening time: 9am, closing time: 7pm.
Alarms will be in operation when the pool closes.

In the event of cancellations, the deposit remains the property of the Château d'Argentonesse, which reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the stay.

If the cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the beginning of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner and the totality of the stay is due.

If the client does not show up before 8 p.m. on the day of the beginning of the stay, and has not informed the owner of his delay, the owner can dispose of his rooms. The deposit remains the property of the owner and the entire stay is due.

In case of a shortened stay compared to the initially planned reservation, the price corresponding to the cost of the initially planned accommodation remains entirely acquired by the owner.

In the event of cancellation after arrival, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation shall be retained in full by the owner.

The loss of the keys to the room and the entrance will result in an additional cost of 25€.
